Time flies....

When you're having fun! and even when you're not... I've been super busy with sick kiddos, painting projects, and clearing the clutter around here. I'm super excited about how my projects have been turning out and I wanted to share one of them with you today. Valentines Day creeped up on me this year and I wanted to do something a little different. I decided to take a picture of a pretty birch tree and "carve" our initials and anniversary in the trunk with some fancy picnik editing. Since, we don't happen to have any gorgeous birch trees on our property I drove around the area until I found one...close enough to the road so I could stay in the car and not look like a wierdo taking pictures of other peoples property. :)

I ran out of time to have this printed on canvas, even though that's what I had planned on originally. I'm thinking about either modpodging this on to a piece of canvas I have laying around or modpodging the top to give a texture and framing...but I can't decide. Any thoughts?
